Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service as a cashier or sales associate. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards.

Training on wine and beer is provided, with a focus on customer relationships and compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to sale of alcohol.
