Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service while processing transactions and answering questions. You will greet customers, ring up sales, promote loyalty programs, and maintain an engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with alcohol-sale regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty programs and bag merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
