Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, promote loyalty programs, and bag product.
• Deliver personalized service and deepen product knowledge through training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Support cross-functional duties and, if seasonal, adapt to short-term assignment.
