Job summary

Total Wine & More in California is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs.

As a cashier, you will process transactions, answer questions, and maintain store standards while participating in wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge training. This role may include sales associate or merchandiser tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and deliver a personalized experience.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; comply with alcohol sale laws and store regulations.
• Support cross-functional duties and seasonal tasks as assigned.
