Job summary

Total Wine & More in Daly City is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and across the shop floor. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

The role supports seasonal and varied hours with training opportunities, benefits, and discounts. Prior retail experience and knowledge of POS systems are valued for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training to build knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
