Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member (Seasonal) to provide fast, friendly cashiering and assist customers with product knowledge in a bustling store. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote our loyalty program, aiming to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

This role may flex between cashiering, sales associate, or merchandiser duties, and requires a team-oriented mindset, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift and move stock as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty programs to drive sales.
• Bag merchandise and ensure excellent customer service with a personalized experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and adhere to alcohol-sale regulations.
