Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in Redondo Beach, CA to provide fast, friendly cashier service and a positive customer experience. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help shoppers find products.

The role may include sales associate or merchandiser duties. Requires 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
