Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty program promotion.
• Greet customers, engage and inform about products and services to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• If seasonal, this position is short-term (up to six months) with a potential to apply for a non-seasonal role.
