Total Wine & More in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a friendly Cashier/Front End Team Member to process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and ensure customers leave with a positive experience while keeping the store safe and clean. This seasonal role may also be a sales associate or merchandiser.

Requirements include 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends; must be 21+ with the stamina

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to alcohol sales regulations.
• Physical ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and promoting loyalty program.
• Greet customers, provide personalized service, and help with product information.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty benefits.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with laws and regulations related to alcohol sales.
• Support cross-functional duties as assigned.
