Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, accurate transactions and outstanding customer service. You will process sales, verify IDs, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

This role supports training, contributes to product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer, and participates in cross-functional duties. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service; promote loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store safety standards.
• Adhere to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales; maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
