Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota is hiring a Cashier/Front End Team Member. You will process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. The role may also include Sales Associate or Merchandiser responsibilities as needed.

We seek candidates with a passion for customer service, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and familiarity with POS systems. Training and benefits are provided for a rewarding retail front-end role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized service experience.
• Cross-sell or promote loyalty programs and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
• Keep the checkout area clean and compliant with safety standards.
