Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and help customers with product knowledge. You’ll process transactions, greet guests, and support store operations while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

This role may also function as a sales associate or merchandiser depending on business needs, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with questions.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with bagging and checkout.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and store policies.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
