Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Cashier in Minnesota to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, and assist customers with product knowledge. The role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser and reports to store management.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer will enhance product knowledge and customer engagement. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, adherence to laws on alcohol sales, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty program while bagging products.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Promote product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
