Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Front End Team Member (Cashier) in Minnesota to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, and promote our loyalty program. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them select products while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will handle POS transactions, assist customers with product knowledge, participate in beverage trainings, and stay up-to-date on ads and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn wine/spirits/beer product knowledge.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Follow all alcohol sale laws and procedures.
• Assist with stock and merchandising as needed.
