Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in Minnesota. As a Cashier, you will process transactions, greet customers, and promote our loyalty program while delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Part-time or full-time roles available with a flexible schedule; prior retail and POS knowledge is preferred. Expect responsibilities across front-end tasks, including merchandising and stock responsibilities, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with promotions.
• Answer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
