Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member/Cashier in Orlando to deliver fast, friendly service at the checkout and process transactions. You will answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
