Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service as a cashier. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers with loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role includes training on wine, spirits, and beer, with opportunities for cross-training as a sales associate or merchandiser. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and teamwork.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and regulatory compliance and perform other duties as assigned.
