Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly cashier to provide fast, accurate checkout and exceptional service at our Orlando-area store. You will process transactions, verify IDs, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining knowledge of promotions and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. A positive, customer-first attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions and promote loyalty program.
• Bag products and ensure accurate bagging practices.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience to build relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and promotions; adhere to alcohol sale laws and store safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training on wine, spirits, beer, and store procedures.
