Job summary

Total Wine & More in Tampa is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service and help customers with product knowledge and loyalty programs. The role may also involve duties as a merchandiser or sales associate, supporting store management and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in retail, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, incl. evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
