Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End team member to cashier, assist customers, and support store operations. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser, with training to deepen product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer. Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or similar.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty program.
