Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a friendly Cashier / Front End Team Member to deliver fast, accurate service at the register and assist customers throughout the store. You will handle transactions, greet shoppers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining product knowledge.

This role requires a high-energy, reliable team player who can verify IDs, process payments, and bag purchases. Training on wine, beer, and spirits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of work experience, with 1+ year in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong customer-service focus and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging product.
• Answer customer questions and promote loyalty programs.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and provide personalized service.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
