Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and handle transactions at the register. You will greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and assist with product knowledge.

The role supports various front-end duties and may include merchandising or stocking as needed. Ideal candidates have a positive customer service mindset, 1–3 years in retail, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty promotions, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• If seasonal, expect short-term assignment with potential to apply for non-seasonal role.
