Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Customer Service–oriented Front End Team Member to welcome customers, handle transactions, and share product knowledge. The role may include cashier, sales associate, or stock duties, with training across wine, spirits, and beer categories.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends. This is a seasonal position with potential for non-seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Promote loyalty program and bag merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
• Keep store area clean and safe, adhering to laws on alcohol sales.
