Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring seasonal cashiers to ensure fast, friendly service at the register and in-store. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help customers with product knowledge while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, are comfortable with POS systems, and can work flexible evenings and weekends. Training and career development are available as part of the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
