Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Seasonal Cashier to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, verify identifications, promote our loyalty program, and bag products. The role may also involve as a sales associate or merchandiser duties as needed.

You will receive wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and help maintain clean, safe store operations while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries, promote loyalty programs, and bag products.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
