Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years retail experience and comfort with POS systems, a flexible schedule, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with bagging and checkout.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and comply with alcohol-sale laws.
