Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Seasonal Front End Associate serving customers with fast, friendly service. You will handle transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training on wine and spirits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage with them, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty programs and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
