Job summary

Gravity Haus Winter Park is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the front desk and deliver exceptional guest and member experiences. The role starts in late November and requires a guest-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to coach a small team of Front Desk Specialists.

You will coordinate reservations, check-ins, and post-stay follow-up, while collaborating with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Membership teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel front desk or hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.
• Experience with PMS and reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day guest experience operations.
• Coordinate on-property events and promotions.
• Handle reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest requests.
• Educate guests on Gravity Haus memberships.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, F&B, Housekeeping, and other teams.
• Support scheduling, training, and coaching of staff.
