Job summary

Gravity Haus in Truckee, California is seeking an energetic Front Desk Specialist (Haus Experience Specialist) to be the heartbeat of guest and member interactions. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins, reservations, and VIP requests with warmth and accuracy, while coordinating with housekeeping and F&B to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates are 1+ year in hospitality or customer service, fluent English (Spanish a plus), highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable with PMS,

Qualifications

• 1+ year in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Comfort using hospitality systems (PMS, OpenTable, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with warmth and hospitality.
• Handle all check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the PMS with accuracy.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in person to manage requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate pre-arrival outreach and prioritize VIP and special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure rooms and amenities are guest-ready.
• Resolve guest billing questions with professionalism and empathy.
