Job summary

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando in Winter Garden, FL is hiring a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You will help craft seamless experiences from check-in to check-out and support multiple outlets as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of front desk or guest-facing experience, are proficient with MS Office, and familiar with hotel PMS systems such as OPERA, OnQ, or Maestro.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels.
• One year of customer service or guest-facing experience required.
• Proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus (OPERA, OnQ, Maestro).

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests.
