Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage daytime Front Desk operations, assist guests, and handle check-ins/check-outs. You will log requests, communicate with multiple departments, and ensure a smooth lodging experience for guests and owners.

The role emphasizes exemplary guest service, attention to detail, and proficiency with reservation systems, with a base hourly pay range and regional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in hotel, lodging, resort, or hospitality with guest service or front desk experience.
• Experience using front desk software and reservation systems preferred.
• Good organizational and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Front Desk operations during daytime hours and be the face of the Lodging Division.
• Respond to guest service requests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer PBX calls and manage new/altered reservations as required.
• Log and track owner/guest requests in the system and dispatch as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments as necessary.
