Job summary

Gravity Haus in Vail, Colorado, seeks a Guest Services Specialist to deliver exceptional hospitality to hotel guests and Gravity Haus members. This hybrid role spans Hotel Front Desk and Member Club Desk, with shifts at either location based on business needs.

You will welcome guests, offer personalized recommendations, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or guest services, strong communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and Gravity Haus members with warmth and hospitality.
• Assist with front desk and member services to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide recommendations for dining, activities, transportation, and local experiences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins/outs, and billing questions.
