Highgate Hotels, LP's Elevation Hotel and Spa in Mt. Crested Butte, CO, seeks a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Manager to lead guest services during the season, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and guest satisfaction.

This seasonal role runs November 2026 through April 2027 with compensation between $65,000 and $75,000 per year. Experience in hospitality, strong communication, and multitasking are valued to deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time temporary position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations and guest service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery promptly.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and Front Office procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, groups, VIPs, and dates.
• Train and support Front Desk staff on systems and processes.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and complete shift reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Monitor Front Desk promotions and performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing based on business needs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain Front Desk organization and presentation.
• Provide performance feedback and address concerns.
