Job summary

Korhorn Financial Group in Granger, IN seeks a Seasonal Receptionist to support tax-season operations from January 2027 through April 15, 2027. The role is Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., averaging 20–25 hours per week, handling front-desk duties and client concierge services.

Qualifications

• Must be service oriented with a passion for client experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional, warm manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as host/hostess to guests in the office.
• Maintain lobby and public spaces of Branch, keeping them stocked and ready for clients.
• Answering and directing calls.
• Assist walk ins and with deliveries, vendors, and conference room assignments.
• Scan documents as requested for advisors and clients.
• Protect and secure client documents within locked storage at all times.
• Back up for Tax Season, scanning and Reservation Channel monitoring.
