Korhorn Financial Group is seeking a Seasonal Receptionist for the Edwardsburg location. The role supports clients during tax season, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, running January through mid-April.

You will greet visitors, manage the lobby, answer calls, and assist with deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in client service.
• Mastery of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, filing, and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong typing speed and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Ability to provide warm, professional service to clients.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and act as host/hostess to office guests.
• Open, close and maintain the office ensuring safety and a strong first impression.
• Answer and direct calls; assist walk-ins and deliveries.
• Maintain lobby/public spaces and coordinate room readiness.
• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and conference room assignments.
• Notify advisors of client arrivals and collect payments when needed.
• Scan documents and protect client records in secure storage.
• Support winter safety logistics for entryways and sidewalks.
• Back up for Tax Season intake and desk coverage as needed.
