Job summary

H&R Block in Wisconsin is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients now and in the future. You’ll answer phones, greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, and schedule appointments in person, over the phone, or virtually.

You’ll help ensure every client’s needs are met, keep the office organized with the team, and take on additional duties as assigned. A flexible schedule and multiple location options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
