H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, route inquiries, and support tax professionals in a fast-paced franchise office in Wisconsin.

You will help schedule clients, ensure needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The role emphasizes delivering friendly, personalized service, matching clients with appropriate professionals, and contributing to a positive client experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
