H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming first impression for clients. You will manage client check-in, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role offers training and a path into tax preparation or office leadership, with evenings and weekend shifts during tax season.

Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client interaction.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort with basic computer programs (MS Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
