You will support daily office operations, assist tax professionals, and help maintain a professional client experience. This role offers training and a potential path into tax preparation or leadership, with evenings and weekends required during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
