Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face at our Ocala resort. You will manage check-ins/outs, greet guests and pets, coordinate suite placement, and handle calls and emails with a friendly, problem-solving approach.

The role requires comfort with physical tasks, dog walking, and the ability to work a resort schedule including nights and weekends. Perks include advancement programs, salary starting at $15/hr with increases, and company-paid training

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist).
• Detailed, but can work with a sense of urgency while providing exceptional customer service.
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets with a warm, positive greeting.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-offs and pickups; coordinate suite placement and needs.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and problem-solve.
• Handle cashier and point of sale operations.
• Maintain lobby and entrance cleanliness; support cat room as needed.
• Liaise with veterinary service team and monitor appointments.
