Coach is a key brand within the Tapestry portfolio, seeking a Sales Support Associate to ensure smooth store operations and superior customer experiences. You will greet clients, assist with product selection, and help maintain a polished sales floor and accurate POS handling.

Ideal candidates have retail exposure, fashion awareness, and strong English language skills, with comfort using iPads, laptops, and mobile POS devices in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients warmly, anticipate needs, provide personalized service.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash wrap and stockroom.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, collect customer data.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish floor, and update displays.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests with the team.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention policies.
