Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to enhance store operations and deliver a premium customer experience. You will greet clients, assist with purchases, and maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring accurate processing at the POS.

You will need strong English communication, a comfort with fashion trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury or high-service environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with cash registers, POS systems, iPad, and price sheets.
• Able to multitask and maintain accuracy on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; update visuals.
