Coach, a global fashion house and part of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Sales Support Associate to ensure store success through attentive customer service, accurate POS handling, and smooth product flow from receiving to point of sale. This role emphasizes a brand-first experience and efficient stockroom management.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; collect customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and assist customers; coordinate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
