Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to assist the store leadership team and help fans access the merch they love. You’ll train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets, while sharing fashion and music trends with management and HQ partners.

You will help open/close the store, manage the register, and coach new Sales Associates. The role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand and move boxes up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits and showcase product knowledge.
• Step in to support store leadership and help run the store when needed.
• Drive sales by understanding store plan and KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and keep areas up to visual standards.
