Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and help deliver an engaging customer experience for fans of music and pop culture.

You’ll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and work toward sales targets while ensuring merchandise is accessible and visually appealing. In this role you will leverage product knowledge, lead by example on the sales floor, and collaborate with management to maintain store standards and drive KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Capable of leadership and teamwork in a store setting.

• Assist store leadership in daily operations and meeting sales targets.
