What You'll Do

As a seasonal Operations Specialist, you will handle non-system duties such as delivering supplies/materials to offices, performing basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with the setup and closing of seasonal offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic building maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work). For complex repairs, notify the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).
• Deliver supplies and materials to tax offices.
• Assist with the annual setup and closing of offices, including installing signage, ensuring cleanliness, and meeting brand standards.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Ensure offices are secured after hours.
• Communicate operational needs with the District Operations Coordinator.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the DOC.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic reading skills.
• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite; virtual tools may be involved.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
• Decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
