Seasonal, Facility Maintenance Specialist

What you'll do:
  • Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work, and repairing broken items. For complex repairs, notify the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).
  • Deliver supplies and materials to tax offices.
  • Assist with the setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, including installing signage, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining brand standards.
  • Attend required training sessions.
  • Ensure offices are securely closed after hours.
  • Communicate operational tasks with the DOC.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the DOC.
What you'll bring:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Experience:
  • Basic reading skills.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Suite; familiarity with virtual tools is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
  • Decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
