What you'll do...

As a seasonal Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for non-systems duties such as delivering supplies/materials to offices, basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with annual setup/closing of offices.

Day to day you’ll…
  • Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work, and repairing broken items. For complex tasks, notify the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).
  • Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
  • Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up according to planogram, installing signs and electrical displays, ensuring cleanliness, and meeting brand standards.
  • Attend required training.
  • Ensure the office is properly secured after hours.
  • Communicate with the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) regarding operational tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the DOC.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Experience:

  • Basic reading skills.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite; virtual tools may be included.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
  • Decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to follow directions.
