Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong dedication to providing student-centered service.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook; Web-streaming services (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work calmly with students and diverse population.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent telephone and e-mail communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered customer service and support.
• Monitor and maintain a quiet and secure testing environment.
• Conduct basic data integrity and input activities.
• Acquire and annually renew proctoring certifications on multiple test platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned within Student Services and Enrollment Management.
