Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking a part-time Testing Support staff member to deliver exceptional customer service to students, faculty and staff. You will administer and proctor exams, assist with documentation, and prepare exams for delivery in a fast-paced campus environment.

Work hours are up to 28 per week with evening or weekend coverage possible. Regular on-campus presence is expected, and flexible or hybrid schedules may be approved by the College.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Availability to work evenings or weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor exams for students and faculty.
• Assist department staff in processing documentation and preparing exams for delivery.
• Perform general clerical duties and other testing-related tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service for students, faculty and staff.
